New joiners usually shadow an experienced rider for the first couple of shifts before working solo. Shift slots are assigned on a rolling basis, and swapping shifts with another partner is generally allowed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores and grocery outlets promptly
What You Need
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes in Ambawadi
- Age 18 years or above
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
