As a delivery partner for Zepto in Ambawadi, you'll pick up orders from nearby partner stores and dark stores and deliver them to customers across Ambawadi and the surrounding Ahmedabad area. Most delivery partners complete several deliveries per shift using the Zepto partner app for navigation and order tracking, with the app also showing nearby order clusters so you can plan your route without much guesswork.
Your Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores and grocery outlets promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
What You Need
- PAN card
- Age 18 years or above
- Own bike, scooter, or scooty
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
