Working out of the Changodar zone, you'll collect orders from dark stores and grocery outlets tied to the Zepto app and get them to customers' doors on time. The app handles route suggestions, order batching, and live status updates, so you always know what's next on your list, and support is available through the app if you run into an issue mid-shift. Both morning and evening shift slots are usually available, so you can pick what fits your routine.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
