The work is desk-based for the most part, with occasional coordination calls to the wider onboarding team. What You'll Do
- Guide new driver-partners through the onboarding and registration process
- Resolve applicant queries about documentation and onboarding status
- Ensure onboarding desk operations run smoothly during shift hours
- Maintain accurate records of verified and pending applications
- Conduct basic vehicle inspection checks against platform requirements
- Coordinate with the regional team on background verification updates
