Zepto is looking for delivery partners who can reliably cover Nor Baga-Calangute, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
Eligibility Criteria
