Immediate Joining: Delivery Boy at CityMall, DLF Phase 1, Gurugram
Have your own bike or electric scooter and want fixed monthly pay instead of per-order earnings? CityMall grocery delivery in DLF Phase 1 is hiring Delivery Boys.
As a Delivery Boy you'll report to the CityMall dark store at DLF Phase 3 and deliver grocery orders across DLF Phase 1 and the surrounding parts of Gurugram. Orders are checked before you leave the store, delivered within the assigned timeline, and confirmed with the customer on handover. The shift is a fixed 8 hours in the daytime. Pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the store team before dispatch
- Maintain records of completed deliveries and related paperwork
- Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations
- Process payments when required and issue receipts to customers
- Verify delivery details on handover so every order is accurate and complete
- Deliver goods to designated locations within the assigned timeline
Eligibility Criteria
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Male candidates only
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
- Own two-wheeler (bike, scooter, or electric)
Unlike gig platforms, this role gives you a predictable 8-hour day shift and a salary that doesn't swing with order volume. Fuel is covered by an allowance, and consistent performers can earn extra through the incentive scheme.
Deliveries to DLF Phase 1 run out of the nearby CityMall store at DLF Phase 3, and both areas sit within a short riding distance of each other in Gurugram.
