Job Description
A Payroll Delivery Boy Job in DLF Phase 1, Not an App Account
There is a difference between signing up on a delivery app and joining a company. CityMall hires this role on its payroll, with a fixed monthly salary, set hours and a fuel allowance, and it is hiring immediately for DLF Phase 1.
Orders for DLF Phase 1 are packed at the CityMall dark store in DLF Phase 3. You report there, take the grocery orders assigned to you, check each item against the order before riding out, and deliver across DLF Phase 1 inside the promised window. Cash on delivery orders need the amount collected and a receipt issued. The pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month with the fuel allowance paid on top of it.
Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from the DLF Phase 3 dark store
- Check each item against the order before riding out
- Deliver across DLF Phase 1 inside the promised window
- Collect cash on COD orders and issue receipts
- Report short or damaged stock before dispatch
- Keep delivery records and paperwork in order
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own petrol or electric two wheeler with valid papers
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Willing to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
What that difference means in practice is simple. Your earnings are not counted per order, the day ends at a known hour, and the incentive you earn for meeting targets is added to a salary rather than standing in for one, as per company policy.
DLF Phase 3 is a short ride from DLF Phase 1, so the route is compact and the same lanes repeat through the week.
Few openings left. Apply before this round closes.
