Zepto is on the lookout for reliable grocery delivery partners to handle deliveries across Dombivali W and nearby areas.
This role covers Zepto's Dombivali W delivery zone in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Pay for this position is ₹28,000–₹36,000 per month.
What You'll Do
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues such as wrong address or order delays promptly through the app
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Two wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
