This role covers Zepto's Matunga West delivery zone in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹20,000–₹28,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Aadhar card
- PAN card
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
