This role covers Swiggy's Thane delivery zone in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. This role pays ₹30,000–₹38,000 per month, credited weekly.
What You'll Do
- Pick up orders from designated stores promptly
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Report issues such as wrong address or order delays promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Two wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication skills
