Zepto is scaling up its Nellore Area operations and needs dependable delivery riders who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. New hires typically start taking orders within a few days of completing onboarding. Pay runs ₹33,000–₹39,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria
- Aadhar card
- Smartphone with internet access
- PAN card
- Valid driving licence
- Good communication
